University of Manchester:
So, what will you do?
Art Direction / Concept / Film
A degree in the arts, languages, or culture, what are you going to do with that? To address the declining enrolment in the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures (SALC), we developed a campaign designed to dismantle the stigma that a humanities degree lacks career viability. Rooted in the common pressure students face from parents to choose 'safer' paths, the film 'So, What Will You Do?' follows a student's imaginative journey as he rebuts a skeptical dinner-table question with a cinematic montage of potential futures. Built on extensive research into SALC alumni, the project highlights the diverse, high-impact roles graduates actually hold, from directors to data analysts, proving that an arts degree is a powerful launchpad for a global career.
